Executive Director<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Yu Lap On<\/strong>67, is an Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Group, and also serves as a member of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee. He joined the Group in 2009, taking full responsibility for overall business strategy and major decisions. Mr. Yu has over 30 years of experience in curtain wall, aluminum window and building project management in Hong Kong. Prior to joining the Group, he co-founded Shui Wo Engineering in 1983, specializing in curtain wall and metal panel business in Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Wong Wai-man<\/strong>aged 53, was appointed as an Executive Director in 2024, primarily responsible for the overall strategic management and development of the Group's business operations. He has over 20 years of cross-industry business management experience, covering the insurance, environmental protection, and engineering sectors, and has held marketing and management positions in several international financial groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Mu Ruifeng<\/strong>aged 63, was appointed as an Executive Director, Chairman of the Board, and member of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee in June 2026. He is responsible for the Group's overall business strategy, new business development, and major decisions, and focuses on overseeing operations. He currently serves as Chairman of Tianjin Xinruifeng Investment Group and also holds a position at TOUCHSTONE INVESTMENT PTY LTD, where he is in charge of overseas real estate development, cross-border investment, and global market layout. Mr. Mu has over 30 years of experience in real estate development, automobile trading, and multinational investment, and possesses extensive practical experience in project operation, import and export trade, and cross-border asset management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Independent Non-executive Director<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Ms. Sun Shui<\/strong>48, was appointed as an independent non-executive director in 2024 and serves as the chairperson of the nomination committee and a member of the audit committee and remuneration committee. She has over 22 years of experience in company secretarial, corporate governance, and compliance work, and currently serves as the company secretary of New America Group (stock code: 8412) (since February 2021). Ms. Sun is a member of the Hong Kong Corporate Governance Association and the Chartered Institute of Corporate Governance (CIG), and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Lincoln University, a Master of Corporate Governance from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and a Juris Doctor degree from City University of Hong Kong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ms. Lo Lai Samantha<\/strong>aged 46, was appointed as an independent non-executive director in 2025 and serves as the chairperson of the audit committee and a member of the nomination committee and remuneration committee. She also serves as an independent non-executive director, chairperson of the remuneration committee, and member of the audit committee of Crown Global Holdings Limited (stock code: HK00727). Ms. Lu is a certified public accountant of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Lingnan University, and has over 20 years of experience in financial management, accounting, and corporate finance. She is skilled in financial analysis and planning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Zheng Lei<\/strong>aged 38, has been appointed as an independent non-executive director since June 12, 2026, and serves as the chairman of the remuneration committee and a member of the audit committee and nomination committee. He is currently the legal representative and general manager of Zhejiang Youkang Information Technology Co., Ltd., and also works at NEWMARKET TRADING PTE. LTD., where he is responsible for the trading business and overseas market layout of new energy photovoltaic and energy storage projects. Mr. Zheng holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Zhejiang University of Technology and has over 16 years of experience in trading, smart equipment operation, and the new energy industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
